Nathan verstand nicht so recht warum Mei unbedingt noch an einem Turnier teilnehmen wollte, wenn doch in einigen Wochen das eigene stattfinden sollte. Allerdings konnte er sich nicht so recht gegen Mei durchsetzten.
Die Planung des Events war alles andere als einfach. Die verschiedenen Disziplinen fanden in verschiedenen Ländern auf unterschiedlichen Gestüten statt. Erst nach Norwegen für das Dressur Turnier, dann nach Irland für den Springwettbewerb und schlussendlich noch nach Deutschland zum Cross Country. Diesen Stress wollte Mei den Pferden ersparen und so blieb es an Maeva hängen von Gestüt zu Gestüt zu fahren und die Pferde zu bringen, bzw wieder zurück nach Hause zu begleiten.
Golem, Before I forget und Phantom waren die Ersten. Glücklicherweiße war Norwegen nicht ganz so weit weg.

Es hatte die ganze Woche geregnet, doch just am Wettbewerbstag verschwanden die Wolken und die Herbstsonne kam zum Vorschein. Eine angenehme Herbstbrise wehte durch Phantoms Mähne als er zusammen mit Mei auf dem Weg zum Dressurplatz war. Den Morgen verbrachte Mei damit sein Fell auf Hochglanz zu polieren. Für dieses Turnier hatte Mei sich eine ganz besondere Kürmusik ausgesucht, The Phantom of the Opera.

Nachdem die drei Hengste jeweils ihre Kür hinter sich hatten, hieß es für Phantom und Before I forget, wieder zurück nach Finnland zu gehen. Maeva begleitete die beiden, nachdem sie die Hengste in die gemieteten Zugabteile brachte, ging sie selbst in ihr Abteil und schlief schnell ein.

Nathan is not quite sure why Mei wanted to participate in a tournament, because their own event will also take place in a few weeks. However, it did not really penetrated against Mei.
The planning of the event was anything but easy. The various disciplines were held in different countries on different studs. First in Norway, dressage competition, then to Ireland for the show jumping competition, and at least to Germany for the Cross Country. Mei don't want to stress the horses with so many trips and so it remained at Maeva traveling from stud to stud to bring the horses, or to bring them back home.
Golem, Before I forget, and Phantom were first. Fortunately Norway was not that far away.

It had been raining all week, but just on the competition day the clouds disappeared and the sun came out. A pleasant autumn breeze blew through Phantoms mane as he was with Mei on the way to the dressage arena. Mei spent the morning polishing his coat to a high gloss. For this tournament Mei had chosen a very special freestyle music, The Phantom of the Opera.

After the three stallions each had their free section done, Phantom and Before I forget had to go back to Finland. Maeva accompanied them after they brought the stallions in the rented train compartments, she went herself to her compartment and quickly fell asleep.
